ZM Toolbox of Production Process

First step: Lasering cutting kinds of aluminum sheet, steel sheet, stainless steel sheet on the lasering machine,

3000 watt laser machine for cutting iron plates below 18 millimeters
A 6000 watt laser machine cuts aluminum plates below 8mm and iron plates below 25mm,
3000 watt laser pipe cutting machine for cutting iron below ten millimeters

second step: put the finished lasering part and make the bending on the bending machine,

Two bending machines, two meters long, with a pressure of 70 tons
1 set of 4-meter-long iron plate with a pressure of 130 tons (capable of folding up to 6.0 meters below two meters)
One 3-meter-long unit with a pressure of 100 tons

Third Step: Welding Process

Fourth Step: Put the bending parts go to power coating 

Fifth Setp: put kinds of part of products assembly to one whole finsihed product.

Assembly the whale tail locks on the door , Assembly the SS304 gas struts on the door, Assembly the rubber seal on the door, Assembly the SS304 pinao hing on the door.
